And you don’t even notice it happening
Since you live in a pornographic culture, you are being fed propaganda, day in and out.
Your environment is so unclean that it’s nearly impossible not get influenced.
Non-stop flashes of images and verbal messages are constantly rousing your senses and triggering your sensual appetites.
When these are paired with humor, your prefrontal cortex shuts down1. This puts you in a state where the part of your brain responsible for judgment begins to go offline, making you more easily open to any idea.
That is why shows like Friends and How I Met Your Mother may seem all about making you laugh, but when you watch them your conscious guards loosen up2.
And underneath messages such as normalizing casual sex (among many), is a subtle diabolical intention: to brainwash a generation into believing that God does not want to fulfill your desires3. As if He didn’t create them!
Why?
Because then you believe the only way to be happy is to build a life around pursuing pleasures. The more pleasure you can fit in, the “happier” you are, they say.
This is hedonism4.
